1.Smelting System:

Mainly consists of a 10-ton three-phase arc furnace and an 8-ton AOD argon-oxygen refining furnace, which  can provide 15 tons of qualified molten steel at a time and the maximum lifting capacity is 32 tons.

2.Casting System:

The casting system includes two production departments: modeling and finishing. 

1)Molding department has 25 tons/hour, 5 tons/hour and 3 tons/hour resin-sand continuous sand mixer, for the core and shape of the manufacturing. The maximum lifting capacity is 32 tons; 

2)The finishing department has shot blasting equipment, 3 sets of high, medium and low temperature heat treatment furnaces and preheating equipment, air cooling equipment, quenching cooling mixing system, with the maximum lifting capacity of 16 tons.
